  • Manage insurance carrier relationship(s)
  • Support on-going administration of the program
  • Trouble-shoot administration issues
  • On-call to administrators and plan members
  • Monitor insurance carrier services and expenses
  • Review, discuss and negotiate renewal with insurer
  • Ensure plan is competitive and continually meets client needs
