Consulting & Design
- Review all aspects of current benefit and retirement program(s)
- Conduct employee benefit surveys
- Discuss and explain underwriting and administration options
- Review all contractual provisions
- Prepare detailed specifications and information when performing a marketing to the insurance community
- Meet with insurance providers and negotiate with all tendering carriers
- Make specific and alternative recommendations
- Review claim details and trends on a quarterly basis
Implementation & Communication
- Prepare all necessary communication pieces including employee memos
- Assist in training administrators
- Direct enrollment procedures
- Manage change of providers
- Installation of new programs
- Employee meetings
- Ensure client is taking advantage of administration opportunities and efficiencies
Member Education
- Meet with plan members to review benefit and retirement plans
- Assist in educating members on their coverage and how to access information
- Provide members with the tools and information to help plan for retirement
- Educate members on how their plan integrates with Government benefits
On-going Management
- Inform of any marketplace or legislative changes
- Manage insurance carrier relationship(s)
- Support on-going administration of the program
- Trouble-shoot administration issues
- On-call to administrators and plan members
- Monitor insurance carrier services and expenses
- Review, discuss and negotiate renewal with insurer
- Ensure plan is competitive and continually meets client needs
